Tall’s big night lifts Start over Springfield

The Start Spartans picked up their first win of the season over Springfield 28-7 at home. Jonah Tall ran for 211 yards on 22 attempts with a 65-yard score while Marvin Thompson added 41 yards and another touchdown for Spartans. Springfield was led by quarterback Kaiden Taylor who went 10 of 26 with their lone touchdown and two interceptions and he was aided by a strong 16 carries for 82 yards on the ground from Gabriel Gregory.
