Wranglers survive!
The Glass City Wranglers thwarted a major comeback attempt by the West Virginia Grind to win 127-125 in overtime. Down by 30 points at one point, the Grind methodically whittled the Wrangler’s lead down. Led by 29 points from Dominic King and 19 from Rondale Watson they tied the game on a last minute 3-pointer by King with the Wranglers Chris Darrington (19 points and 11 assists) missing the final shot in regulation. Glass City reasserted themselves in overtime led by Delonte Brown Sr. 27 points and 7 rebounds. Anthony Carmon added 19 points as the Wranglers used a team effort to get the “W”. Every player scored and seven Wranglers were in double figures.
