The Scott Bulldogs falter and fall to Clearview 36-8

Scott started off the scoring when Carnel Smith connected with Marquise Westley on an 8yd scoring strike, then added a 2-point conversion by passing to Josiah Barnett. Mental errors and turnovers contributed to the Bulldogs surrendering 26 points in the second quarter and going into the locker room trailing 26-8 at the half. After a scoreless 3rd quarter Ayden Cruz scored and a 13yd pass from Cy Christensen while the Clippers finished with ten 4th quarter points to extend the lead to 36-8. Clearview’s Cy Christensen went 20-32 for 280 yds and 2 touchdowns including a 91yd strike to Dominic Jackson in the second quarter.
