Start defeats Southview in district semifinals

10th ranked Start jumped out to a 20-4 lead after one quarter and were never tested in their 50-29 win over Southview. Komara Sylvester had 27 points and Sinai Douglas contributed 18 for the Spartans, Kaela Dupree had 7 points for the Cougars. Southview finishes their season with at 16-9 while Start moves into Saturday's District final against Springfield with a 21-2 record.
