Bulldogs withstand a Spartan comeback

The visiting Lima Senior Spartans led by 23 points from Lael Foster fell to a determined Scott Bulldogs squad. Scott took an 18-point lead into the half but needed clutch free throws from Daryl Barnett (13 points) and Isaiah Beauchamp (10 points) to complete the 64-59 home victory. Seniors Mario Peters and Carnell Smith contributed mightily to the win with 19 and 14 points respectively.
